This hotel is a complete fantasy. It is enormous, and the grounds are so amazing — you are surrounded by animals and character that adds to the adventure. The entire complex also feels as though it’s own village, particularly with the fitness center, shopping center and everything scattered around.
You will find so many distinct varieties of daily tasks, and we loved the way the pool matches transformed every moment. Enormous thanks to the animation group, they have been so much fun particularly Giovanni, Alfonso, Austell, Carlos, Miguel, Kimberly, and also fantastic business from Manuel with his cozumel coral restoration recommendations.
Especially appreciated the sessions Diego, Beto and Adriana, and morning sessions using Cindy — they’re such amazing teachers!
The main buffet had lots of selection from day to night and consistently a range of fresh fruit every day. There were always the current selections available daily; then with dinner, they changed things up using the various topics on particular days. 3 out of 4 people were veg, and although there were heaps to select from there was so much selection for nonveg that could have readily been produced veggie — it’d be an instance of one little thing which meant it was not okay to consume. Additionally, the tags were always awakened so it may become very confusing and long with to ask what was everything.
They all catered for great vegetarians — although there was a restricted option. Japanese was a fantastic experience.
The shopping center is such a fantastic idea! So many areas open across the day/night – java, snacks, crepes, casino, pub, etc.
Loved this hotel. Rooms are super spacious and also have powerful air-con. The seaweed problem on the shore wasn’t as much of a problem because we believed it would happen to be based on past reviews. Staff is upward early hours clearing up this along with the water is super clean, and the beach is lovely.
