We spent here one week! It was perfect. The hotel is located on the beach, but still 3 minutes walking from 5th Avenue. The hotel has a private beach. They serve breakfast to the room, where you can enjoy the sunrise view. Recommend it!
This was the best choice I could make. People that work at the hotel is so beautiful and worried for your comfort and for you to enjoy, they always have a smile on their faces and answer as fast as they can to fulfill your needs.
We are very thankful to everyone! We loved breakfast because although it is continental, everything on it is delicious (coffee, OJ, fruit, bread slices, and pain au chocolat) and delivered on time to reach the tours.
The location is excellent, really close to everything, just two blocks away from 5th Avenue, less than a block away from Mandala and La Vaquita but windows are noise proof, considering that our room was one of the closest to the street we didn’t have trouble sleeping. Thank you all so much, we’ll surely return when we get back to Playa.
This was my first trip to Playa del Carmen, and I am so glad we selected this hotel. The location is perfect. It is very close to the shopping/restaurant area but tranquil and peaceful.
Ours was a third-floor apartment with a bedroom and pulled out couch. We were surprised to see a full kitchen with a large refrigerator and dining table. The unit was sparkling clean, and the cleaning staff was amazing. We so appreciated the cute towel animals left on the bed each day. The entire team was incredible with the best service I have had anywhere – they also gave me such an amazing cozumel water jet board suggestion.
The hotel does not have a restaurant, but it is not needed. Free breakfast was delivered each morning to our darling balcony (with a hammock). Other items are available throughout the day, including beach service. Everything was so reasonably priced.
